Lying within the Berchtesgaden Alps have you the Lake Königssee, where you can find a splendid fjord-style view, but with a much greener color.
The best season to visit is according to my experience around middle May, for the still existing snow shell above the middle of the mountains.
Obersee is a smaller lake next to the Konigssee, where you can see a mirror style view thanks to no traffic on the lake.
